“Love just seems to make life not just livable, but a gallant, gallant event.” — Toni Morrison Not only love but also writing, photography, and art — the act of creating makes life extraordinary. And just as extraordinary is our member's abilities to create something so beautiful in these times of strife. To emerge radiant from the ashes? — the proof of our ascension is here.

This month's collection of wonderful short stories and poems keeps it real and small by focusing on the small moments between humans, animals and nature and how we can find ourselves within them. Its useful to pause, take a deep breath and look at the small picture sometimes- especially when there is a lot of chaos and stress around us. Please enjoy and I hope you all are doing well! Decision Vanessa Lam Warm you heart this winter with this lovely story about 2 girls and a cat. And remember that even a small decision can be enough to make a meaningful change!
